further conduct action research, documentation and experimentations
of tribal and rural indigenous / traditional knowledge systems,
technologies and worldviews on agro-ecological and health practices
for endogenous development in the Eastern Ghats covering both IDEAs
action and research zones.

Promotion of sustainable
eco-development, bio-diversity and natural resource conservation
programs to enhance endogenous development
* Promotion
of sustainable mountain agricultural development, watershed and water
harvesting programmes
* Revival
and strengthening of indigenous agro-eco-cultural and health
practices and related cosmovision aspects of the tribals.
* Promotion
of sustainable women development programmes
* Establishing
data banks and resource divisions on tribal agro-eco-cultural
practices to educate the target group, NGO's research scholars and
general public and further strengthen the farmers networks and the
networks of traditional institutional functionaries and also the
coalition activities with other NGOs and research organisations.
* Promotion
of technical support centers to conduct research, documentation and
preparation of educational material for training on endogenous
development of the target group and to other needy sections.
* Demonstration
programmes for research and training at both institutional and
village levels on mountain agriculture (agro-forestry), sustainable
agriculture, permaculture, sustainable horticulture, land soil and
water management, medicinal plants and seed conservation.
